Richard Billingham also is a video artist. Very similar to his photographs his videos explore his family life in a candid manner. The video which I am looking at is "Ray in bed" 1999, Anthony Reynolds Gallery, London. In the video is his father asleep, the video is shot in extreme close-up, showing an underlying need to get close to his father.
